RAM Investments is a real estate development company. Among our commercial projects, we include the restoration and development of Chaps Restaurant, Widlum's, and Edward J. Strange, Inc., located in downtown Douglas. On the outskirts of the downtown, we have Pine Crest Storage, leasing storage space for boats, cars, and household items. Also included in our business is the development of restidential homesites. Sandpiper Bay, a community of nine new homesites, and located along the Kalamazoo River, was among our first ventures. This area is near completion with only two homesites remaining. Currently, RAM Investments is beginning the development of Pine Crest homesites which will be a residential community of 12 homes located on 12 acres.
