The City of the
Village of Douglas is currently looking to fill seats on the Planning
Commission. Responsibilities include: review site plans for special
use, site condominium, planned unit development and subdivision
requests to determine compliance with local and state ordinances;
recommending zoning ordinances and amendments; and reviewing,
drafting and adopting a comprehensive plan for Douglas.
Planning Commission
members meet twice a month. Attendance at extra or special meetings
may be required on occasion. Availability, year-round commitment
to a three- year term, and training session attendance is required.
Must be a full-time resident of Douglas. Send letter describing
