Mixed Media Gallery offers a wide array of traditional and contemporary art by regional and nationally known artists. After having enjoyed 5 years of waterfront breezes at our Saugatuck, MI location, we have moved just across the river to join many other fine art galleries in picturesque Douglas. Our spacious new gallery sits on the corner of Spring Street, 48 West Center Street, Douglas, 49406 next door to Respite Cappuccino Court. When you stop by, you are likely to find owner Linda Hopkins Laakso working on a watercolor, or one or more of our artists painting, sketching, beading, or engaged in a creative activity.

Petter Wine Gallery

A unique 12,000 square foot fine art gallery building that first housed area artists in the 1930s.  It was reintroduced as the Joyce Petter Gallery in 1993. The  Art Gallery now features an eclectic collection of fine paintings, sculpture, glass, and more. The galleries are also home to Petter Wine Gallery where you’ll find boutique wines and artful foods at both the wine/small plates bar and wine shop.
