Use Permit submitted by Uncommon Grounds, Inc. for the property located
at 2948 Blue Star Highway (parcel # 59-515-003-00). The applicant
has proposed to lease approximately 600 square feet from the Saugatuck
Brewing Company for the purposes of a small coffee roasting facility.
Such use is considered to be a special land use similar to a limited
assembly operation in the C-2A District.

8. Public Hearing Re: Consideration of an application for expansion
of and addition to a Special Use Permit submitted by Roxie Girl, Inc.
for the property located at 167 Blue Star Highway (parcel # 59-016-062-00)
and currently known as the Roxie Motel. The applicant has proposed
to include an existing building to be as an additional unit available
for short term rental on a property previously approved for hotel/motel
use as a special use in the C-2 zoning district.

Consideration of an application for Indoor Commercial Recreation use
in the C-2A District, located at 2948 Blue Star Highway (parcel #
59-515-003-00). Application submitted by Fun in the Sun LLC to conduct
a recreational use involving Segway personal transporation vehicles
on a contained indoor course in a facility adjacent to the Saugatuck
Brewing Company.
